Why rebates are not instant
When you close a trade, the broker does not pay the introducing broker immediately. The broker first reconciles the period, confirms valid volume, removes refunds, hedges and cancelled orders, and only then releases the rebate pool to us. We pay you after that money lands — so a settlement window always sits between "trade executed" and "rebate received".
Our rhythm
- Counting period: Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 server time; trades crossing the week roll into the next period.
- Release: within 3 working days after the broker remits, usually mid-to-late the following week.
- Minimum payout: request once your balance reaches the threshold; anything below it rolls over and never expires.
Payout methods
We support USDT (TRC-20), bank transfer and broker balance credit. USDT normally arrives within 24 hours of on-chain confirmation; bank transfers take 1—3 working days depending on holidays and cross-border clearing; balance credits follow the broker's own posting time.
If nothing arrives
- Confirm the account was opened via your dedicated link and the account number was submitted for binding.
- Confirm the instrument is on the rebate table — some C-class accounts, bonus-funded accounts and excluded symbols are not eligible.
- Check that volume reached the minimum billable unit (from 0.01 lot).
- If all of that is fine, send us the account number and the trading window and we will pull the broker reconciliation statement.
In short
A rebate is not instant cashback — it is periodic, predictable income. With correct binding and eligible instruments, it always arrives; the only variable is which period.
